Indian Navy Officer Through Cadet Entry

Male candidates who have passed their Class 12th exam with 70% can apply for Indian Armed Forces training. Once their application is shortlisted they will be called for an SSB interview. Indian Navy Officer – SSB

After clearing the first entry-level, candidates’ profiles are shortlisted to SSB (service selection board) where they are called for interviews and other procedures. The officials will check the candidate’s planning and organizing skills, adaptive capability, social effectiveness, etc.

There are two stages to conduct SSB interview:

  1. Intelligence Test, Picture Perception and Discussion Round.
  2. Psychological Test, Group Test and Interview.

Once the candidates have cleared the SSB rounds, they will be sent for a medical test. After the confirmation, they will be selected as a trainee to join Indian Navy.
